Role at Vatsalyam
As the Founder and Spiritual Training Lead of Vatsalyam, Yaduraj Das provides leadership in shaping the initiative’s spiritual foundation and developing training that enables parents to bring the principles of Krishna consciousness meaningfully into family life.
His vision is rooted in the understanding that parents are the child’s first and most influential teachers, and that the spiritual culture of the home plays a fundamental role in a child’s development.
Drawing on decades of experience in Gurukula education, he leads the development of Vatsalyam’s spiritual parenting frameworks, training programmes and learning experiences.
His work focuses on helping parents deepen their own spiritual understanding and practice so that they can become authentic role models and spiritual guides for their children.
His Approach
His approach goes beyond transmitting philosophical knowledge. He emphasizes helping parents live Krishna consciousness within the realities of family life—through relationships, communication, daily routines, discipline, learning, devotional practices and personal example.
His training seeks to make spiritual principles practical, experiential and relevant to parents at different stages of their parenting journey.
What He Brings
Yaduraj Das brings to Vatsalyam a unique combination of long-term Gurukula experience, teaching expertise and lived experience in Krishna consciousness.
His years of working with children have given him a practical understanding of the role that spiritual culture, loving relationships and the example of adults play in shaping a child’s character and worldview.
Through his leadership in spiritual training, Vatsalyam seeks to empower parents not merely to teach Krishna consciousness to their children, but to cultivate a Krishna-conscious way of life within the family.
The aim is to help parents grow in spiritual maturity while creating homes where love, wisdom, discipline, learning and devotion naturally come together.
His work is ultimately directed towards nurturing families in which children can grow with strong character, emotional resilience, spiritual understanding and a natural desire to remember, love and serve Krishna.
Bringing together education, psychology, spiritual wisdom and lived experience to support parents in nurturing children with love, wisdom, character and spiritual understanding.
